SALES OPERATIONS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Entering daily sales in CRM
• Monitoring and assisting with customer retention and satisfaction
• Pulling Salesforce reports and analyzing data
• Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
• Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
• Implementing and managing CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships

PAY AND BENEFITS:

• Salary $48k-$52k (Depending on Experience)

SALES OPERATIONS QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Amazing customer service skills and can interact professionally via the phone
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
• Strong communication skills
• CRM experience is preferred
• Microsoft word & excel experience is preferred
• 2-3 years of proven work experience in Sales Operations or similar role is preferred
• Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
